You can add a new club or school to the Roster Athletics database from either (i) the athlete, relay or team card, or (ii) the OVERVIEW → Clubs/schools on the left-hand side menu.
1. To add a new club/school for the athlete, relay or team card, go to the PERSONAL/GENERAL tab and click on the edit or plus icon next to the Primary club/school field. Then click on the Create new button.
To add a new club/school from the OVERVIEW → Clubs/schools in the left-hand side menu click on the Create new club/school button.
2. In both situations, you will see a Create new club/school window.
To add a new club or school you will need to select the applicable Type, add the Long name, Short name, and select the Country.
You can also add a city where the club is located.
Note: A long name must be unique.
3. After adding all of the data, click on the Save button.
4. If you have added a new club or school correctly you will see an Edit club/school window with four tabs: Details, Athletes, Relay teams, and Teams.
In the Athletes, Relay teams, and Teams tabs you can see the list of athletes, relays, and teams assigned to the club or school.
