You can add information about a sponsor of your meeting once you add a meeting for the first time, or when you edit an existing meeting (select Details on the left-hand side menu).


All information about a sponsor will be located under the Sponsor section. If you add information about a sponsor, it will be visible in the Roster Athletics app.

Sponsor Name - add the name of the sponsor. This will be visible in the app under the SPONSOR tab and the DETAILS tab (unless you have enabled HLS streaming in which case you can only see the name of the sponsor under the SPONSOR tab). It will also be visible in the app under the FEATURED tab if the meeting is featured.


Sponsor Link Title - create a title for the sponsor link, which will be visible in the app under the SPONSOR tab.


Sponsor Link (URL) - add a link to the sponsor’s official website, which will be visible in the app under the SPONSOR tab.


Sponsor about - add a short text about the sponsor, which will be visible in the app under the SPONSOR tab.


About cover (big) - add a cover photo, which is visible in the app under the SPONSOR tab.

Please note: you are required to have the legal right to display an image of the sponsor in this manner.


About logo (small) - add the sponsor's logo, which will be visible in the app under the SPONSOR tab in the middle of the cover photo.
