In Roster Athletics, you can add licence numbers for multiple federations to an athlete’s profile. For Lithuanian Athletics Federation licenses, you can add and process payments directly in Roster.
The guide is divided into two sections:
Adding licences
To add a new licence to the athlete profile, go to the Account → Athletes & relays and click the athlete name (if there are no athlete profiles yet, see the Participants: Creating and managing your account user guide). Now go to the Licence tab, click the Add licence number button, and select the proper federation from the list. Depending on the federation, you must add the number manually (for federations whose licence system is not managed by Roster) or the number will be generated automatically (for federations whose athlete licences are handled by Roster).
Please note: The licence numbers for England & Wales Athletics should be added automatically when adding an athlete to the platform, as Roster Athletics is synchronised with the Trinity database.

Managing licences
If you added an automatically generated licence number, you must pay for it to make it valid. To do so, click the Active link or three-dot icon in the row next to the licence number you want to pay for, and select:
- Purchase annual licence - if you want to buy a licence valid for the full calendar year.
- Purchase daily licence - if you want to buy a licence valid only for one day/competition.
Please note: If you plan to register for a multi-day competition and wish to purchase a daily licence, select the competition start date, NOT the event date. Selecting the start date of the competition will allow you to register for any events, regardless of how many you wish to enter or when they start.
Next, select the variant (if available) and click the Payment button to access the Stripe payment interface. Roster Athletics partners with Stripe to provide secure payments and financial services.
If the athlete already has a one-year licence and you want to extend it, click the three-dot icon in the row next to the licence number and select Extend licence.
The details of all licences for all your athletes can be found by selecting Account → Licences. Here you can check the validity dates of your licences and pay them accordingly.
