This is a step-by-step quick guide to setting up a registration account as a coach or a club manager. You only need to add athletes once. Once you have your athletes on your account, you can register them for all future competitions.
STEP 1
Navigate to Roster Athletics by clicking https://www.rosterathletics.com (or go directly to https://meets.rosterathletics.com)
STEP 2
To create your profile on Roster Athletics, click Log in → Sign up in the upper right corner.
STEP 3
Follow the instructions on the screen and input all the required basic information.
STEP 4
Please verify your email. You can complete the signup process by entering the code or following the activation link provided.
STEP 5
After logging in, please click on Add athlete/relay located under the Account tab.
STEP 6
Please input the following information accurately. The athlete's middle name is not required. Once you have completed the necessary inputs, press the Save button. Remember to include their club/school name by clicking Add club/school (unless they are unattached).

STEP 7
Find the competition you wish to sign up for by looking under Competitions in the top menu (on the right side). You can now search for your competition. Once you have located the correct competition, click on the Registration button.
STEP 8
Select the athlete you wish to register and check all relevant events. Then, click the Registration button to complete each athlete's registration.
STEP 9
Redo STEP 8 for each athlete you wish to register.
