You can create printable PDF lap sheets under the Details of the competition by clicking on the Generate PDF button, or also from the start list view.
This guide is organised as follows:
Creating PDF lap sheets for all distance events
If you want to generate PDF lap sheets from the Details view (for all distance events), click the Generate PDF button.

Clicking the button will open the PDF generation dialogue. Select Lap sheets as a Type, and you will be able to select additional options:
- Order - allows you to sort events by name or start time.
- Language - decide in what language the file should be generated.
- Lap distance - the distance of the venue's lap in meters.
- Participants per page - you can select 3 or 4 athletes.
Ignore visibility settings - selecting this option still allows you to print hidden events when they are hidden using the Event visibility feature (for more information, see the Event visibility guide).

When your setup is ready, click the Generate button. It will open the print dialogue, where you can print the file and select additional options depending on your browser. Here are some examples:
- Select Headers and footers to include generation timestamps, page numbers, and the competition name.
- Change the Scale to use a smaller or larger font.
- Select Save as PDF if you want to save the file.

Creating PDF lap sheets per event
If you want to generate PDF lap sheets from the Start lists view (only for a specific event), click the icon in the upper-right corner of the page, then select Generate PDF.

In a new window, select Lap sheets as a Type, and you will be able to select the same options as under Details, with additional options to generate a file for the current group, stage or the whole event.
