This step-by-step guide explains registering a relay team and relay team members for a competition.

STEP 1

Navigate to Roster Athletics by clicking https://www.rosterathletics.com (or directly to https://meets.rosterathletics.com).



STEP 2

Log in to your account by selecting Log inLog in




STEP 3

Find the competition you wish to sign up for by looking under Competitions in the top menu (on the right side). You can now search for your competition. Once you have located the correct competition, click on the Registration button.




STEP 4

Click the Add athlete/relay button and select Add relay. 




STEP 5

Please input the following information accurately and click Save.



Please note: 

  • Do not add relay team members to the Relay name (you will add relay members in the following steps).
  • To register two relay teams for the same event, you must create two teams with two unique relay names, e.g., Relay Team A and Relay Team B or Relay Team U18 and Relay Team U20.
  • There is no need to create a new relay team per event. You can register one relay for multiple events and assign different relay members to them.



STEP 6

Select the relay you wish to register (click Select events) and check all relevant events. Then, click the Submit button to complete the relay's registration.




STEP 7

Click the icon below the relay name in the relevant event row to add relay members. 



Please note: You can add members to the relay team from the list of athletes associated with your account.
